Financial Advice Process

The advice process starts with a no obligation consultation at a mutually convenient time and place. This is generally free dependant on the nature of your enquiry or unless immediate advice is required. At this initial meeting, you get to assess the adviser you will be working with and find out more about Adanac. From this meeting we will be able to see if we can help you by gaining an insight into you, your circumstances and your objectives. At the end of the meeting we will both agree on a way forward. The next stage is for us to send you our fee agreement. This letter sets out how we can help you, how we are going to do this, the timescales involved, and agreeing the fee for our services.

Once you have signed and returned your fee agreement, we will immediately begin work on your behalf. When we have completed our research and have considered your options, we will again meet with you to discuss our findings and recommendations.

At Adanac, we offer all our clients the opportunity to carry out a formal review of their situation at least once a year.
